הסיבה שניתנה היא: Files with the text or melody of East Germany's national anthem, which is still protected by copyright. The lyricist died in 1958, the composer in 1962, so this is still protected until the beginning of 2033, and the files should be deleted. They can be restored in 2033. And, as before: There is no provision in German Urheberrecht (copyright) that puts anthems in the public domain. Germany's current anthem (the Deutschlandlied) is in the PD because both the composer and the lyricist died over 70 years ago. So Auferstanden aus Ruinen is not an official work in the legal sense.
